There are several stages of an interior design project during which the client gains a complete understanding of the design development and has a full control over the fees for the whole duration of the project. Thus, the project will develop in several stages.
The design process starts with an initial meeting during which the designer and client get to know each other, client’s lifestyle, tastes and requirements and discuss the project in detail.
The concept development is the consolidation of the design process. During this stage, we present the client with space planning drawings, sample boards and selected FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment), which communicates our comprehensive vision for the project.
A creative dialogue between the designer and client, during which we shape our vision into reality to maximize balance aesthetics with practicality.
We work closely with trusted specialist suppliers of furniture, accessories and artwork and artisans, with the aim to deliver an outstanding design experience. Wherever possible, we will pass on trade prices on sourced items and materials.
Comprehensive design elements including technical drawings, bespoke joinery and lighting plans are delivered to the contractor and specialist subcontractors for implementation, together with specifications for the schedule of works. We oversee every detail with close attention making sure we deliver well-executed and remarkable results.
This is the final stage of the project when we ensure that everything works properly, and advise on maintenance of furnishings, fittings and materials. We take on projects which often vary in size and scope, however we are committed to deliver a remarkable result that reflects each client’s requirements and vision for his / her project.
The client - designer partnership continues after the end of this project. Wether advising our clients on the purchase of artworks, engaging in future design projects or simply refer additional specialist consultants, we are keen on developing this long-lasting connection.
